FLAGS_COMPILER_CHECK_ARGUMENTS does not work with build compiler

      The macro FLAGS_COMPILER_CHECK_ARGUMENTS needs a PREFIX argument like TOOLCHAIN_CHECK_COMPILER_VERSION so that it can be used correctly when setting up a build compiler for cross compilation configurations.
