[JEP 324](http://openjdk.java.net/jeps/324) adds an implementation of a new key agreement scheme using Curve25519 and Curve448 as described in RFC 7748. This implementation is available as a Java Cryptography Architecture service, but it has not been incorporated into the new TLS 1.3 implementation.
