A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
when i install it always says that another java install is going on , i unistalled all other jdk installations. then also it is saying that same... how do install jdk 10.0.2 in my windows 10.

REGRESSION : Last worked in version 10.0.2

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
installl jdk 10.0.2

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

should install
ACTUAL -
not installling, error message shows that annother installce i srunning. i dont have any other instance is runnnig
