Open-source simple test programs for FX / SWT interop

      We have a simple HelloFXCanvas test programs that is used during integration testing. It is an SWT app that creates an SWT button and an FXCanvas containing an animated rectangle.

      This test program should be open-sourced and moved to the apps/toys directory in the "rt" repo.
