      testlibrary/java/util/jar/Compiler.java is in-memory java-compiler which supports "release" flag, it's not used directly by any tests, only by classes testlibrary/java/util/jar/. suggest removing and using jdk.test.lib.compiler.InMemoryJavaCompiler instead
