When submitting jobs to Mach5, Jib currently doesn't filter away much. We should at least filter all webrev directories as well as JTwork and JTreport.

The src_bundle_excludes field in jib-profiles.js accepts file globs so this should be easy enough to express. Jib also accepts this field as an array now, which we should also use for clearer code.
