CTW testlibrary located in test/hotspot/jtreg/testlibrary/ctw has makefiles to produce a stand-alone library, which is intended to be used outside of jtreg test suite for ad-hoc CTW testing instead of old so-called native XX:CompileTheWorld (which to be removed by 8213812). it appears the makefiles haven't been fixed during repo consolidation project.
