currently, CTW testlibrary ignores all errors raised during compilations as there can be exception related to missed classes, files, or other errors from <clinit> or class loading errors and we don't want ctw-test to fail in case of such errors, however we must fail the test if the library caused an error (e.g. as in JDK-8214915).
