    Description

      https://docs.oracle.com/javase/10/docs/specs/jar/jar.html#signature-validation has: "When the jar tool is used to add files, the manifest file is changed (sections are added to it for the new files)". This is not correct. The jar tool does not add these entries into the manifest, jarsigner does.
