A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
nvidia.com unable to scan my driver and ask me to install java, even though i have the latest java installed and have twice install and reinstall the latest version java on my pc.

REGRESSION : Last worked in version 8u191

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
go to nvidia.com website and choose to click download driver and then automatically scan driver.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
you need java to run the automatic driver scan
ACTUAL -
no java found on your PC, please install java
