test/jdk/java/lang/invoke/VarHandles should be generated rather than manually edited

    Description

      It appears that in test/jdk/java/lang/invoke/VarHandles some of the tests which should have been generated by applying the stream preprocessor build.tools.spp.Spp to the templates were instead manually edited, for example, VarHandleTestAccessBoolean{$Type}.java.

      Note that the script test/jdk/java/lang/invoke/VarHandles/generate-vh-tests.sh will not work correctly until JDK-8218460 is fixed.
