In addition to regular logging there is the possibility to enable "termination stats" printing in G1. This gives per-thread information that is very similar to existing logging apart from the LAB waste/LAB undo waste statistics.

I propose to merge these remaining stats into existing logging and remove all that "termination stats" logging.
