      The "includeScript" parameter for HtmlDocletWriter::printHtmlDocument is a left-over from the refactorings to simplify the HtmlDocletWriter/HtmlDocWriter/HtmlWriter class hierarchy in times past.

      The parameter is no longer used, and should be removed.
