We see java/awt/font/Rotate/RotatedTextTest.java failing on recent SuSE Linux OS installations:
It fails on SLES 12.2, 12.4 and SLES 15
It passes on SLES 11.3, 12.0 and RHEL 6.1.

The test is basically failing since it was introduced in JDK-8203485.
