BytecodePrinter and BytecodeClosure (src/hotspot/share/interpreter/bytecodeTracer.*) classes aren't covered by any of our regular testing runs, and it seems all their usages are in non-product code. hence it makes sense to move the definition of these classes to non-product code as well.
