Develop a benchmark containing a vectorized implementation of the Poly1305 symmetric authenticator. Poly1305 is a widely-used authenticator that was designed for efficient implementation on general-purpose SIMD hardware. Using this algorithm in a benchmark allows us to evaluate the performance of the vector API on a real-world example.
