With the removing of the internal package com.sun.net.ssl, it is not necessary to use delegation mode in the HttpsURLConnection implementation (see src/java.base/share/classes/sun/net/www/protocol/https/AbstractDelegateHttpsURLConnection.java). It is nice to re-org the code for cleanup the delegation code.
