Read the background selected color for widgets like TextField, PasswordField, Spinner_TextField from CSS

      The background selection color for widgets like TextField, PasswordField, Spinner_TextField is no longer set by theme. Currently this is fixed by taking the color from Text_Pane for these widgets.
      Read correct values for these colors from the css
