jextract output is truncated in some consoles

      Since the changes to logging by https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8219932

      Running with e.g. --log FINE to generate a significant amount of console output, the output is truncated after about 8,500 characters in certain consoles.

      Affected consoles are: cmd, powershell
