Add MethodHandle tests on accessing final fields

    Description

      JDK-8216558 clarifies the spec for find setters and unreflect on Field whose
      accessible flag is set to true w.r.t. write access.

      MethodHandlesGeneralTest.java checks for non-final fields. That can be
      extended for final fields.
