Re-introduce the test case for TLS 1.2 algorithms in SunPKCS11 crypto provider

      The test case for TLS 1.2 algorithms in SunPKCS11 crypto provider (introduced by JDK-8029661 [1]) was removed as a consequence of deleting the experimental SunJSSE FIPS feature. See JDK-8217835 [2] for further information.

      The goal of this enhancement is to update the test so it's not dependent on the SunJSSE FIPS feature and re-introduce it as part of the SunPKCS11 test suite.
