Help message for @ argfile option is printed in the wrong place

To reproduce:
$ jpackage --help
...
Generic Options:
  @<filename>
  --app-version <version>
          Version of the application and/or installer
          Read options and/or mode from a file

The "Read options and/or mode from a file" message belongs after the @<filename> and not as part of the "--app-version".
