jstatLineCounts tests need to be more resilent for NaN outputs

      The test/jdk/sun/tools/jstat tests (jstatLineCounts3, jstatLineCounts4) can include outputs for metaspace and compressed class statistics that are presented as NaN, e.g. dash "-". The awk patterns should be enhance to allow a floating point number or a dash in those columns. "([0-9]+\.[0-9]+|-)"
