There is "The old system can still be accessed for some time using `cd test && make`" in `doc/testing.md`.

When run `cd test && make`, it thrown such error:

make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

So it might be better to delete `cd test && make` in the `doc/testing.md`
