Debian package should install JDK in /usr/java

    Description

      The jdk-11 and jdk-12 .deb Linux packages install the JDK in /usr/lib/jvm. While this might match some convention used in the past, a base directory of /usr/java would be more appropriate and consistent with other platforms (e.g., .rpm for Linux and Windows).
