After compiling as module and building custom jre, handshake failure with httpClient GET

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      by using httpClient get, received exceptions as follows :
      java.io.IOException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

      it's worked by running run.mods.cmd
      running error by run.jre.cmd
