CLI changes from jpackage EA5 feedback

    Description

      Three CLI changes are proposed after initial review of Early Access 5 (build 36)
      1.) rename mode create-image to create-app-image
      2.) remove --files option (always bundle all files in the input directory)
      *** 3.) rename add-launcher to alt-launcher

      The help text changes for these functional changes will be implemented as JDK-8221779 .
