Mac OS Mojave / jdk-12

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I submitted this bug about a year ago. I have just tested the jdk-12, and the bug is still there. When I can expect to have this fixed? My current re-test shows that on linux, jdk-12 get the image in 1ms, while in Mac OS, jdk-12 get the image in 350ms, making any remote image display un-usable. I am forced to use jdk-7 on Mac OS, which will get the image in 13ms, still not as fast as linux, but workable.
