Implement Method::verified_entry and Method::verified_value_ro_entry for C1-compiled methods. This will take multiple steps.

For this step, only support the passing of fixed point parameters (boolean, byte, char, short, int and long), along with value type objects. Support for types of parameters will be implemented in subsequent steps.
