      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      jre-8u211-windows-x64.exe failed to initialise (start) the installation process, after passing the User Account Control interface. jre-8u211-windows-i586 and jre-8u211-windows-i586-iftw have both, however, been repeatedly installed (and re-installed) successfully.
