      Windows, iOS

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      Load http://google.com in JavaFX HelloWebView.
      When window is not wide enough WebView horizontal scrollbar overlaps end of page
      so the last row is often not properly visible. This issue also applies to the vertical scrollbar.
