The Oracle archives for serverjre-10.0.1_windows-x64_bin.tar.gz and serverjre-10_windows-x64_bin.tar.gz are missing bin/javaw.exe.

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Same issue as JDK-8202065, but not seeing a resolution that includes updating this series of releases, creating a new bug report to include Java 10.

Unpack the indicated archives.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Contains bin/javaw.exe.
ACTUAL -
Does not containt bin/javaw.exe.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
Use the full version of the JRE, but for server use this is not ideal.
