When expanding TitledPanes in an Accordion in order from top to bottom, the vertical size of the second pane is computed with more vertical space than it should take. This causes the Accordion to expand outside of the expected bounds to obscure other controls. Simply collapsing and re-expanding the same TitledPane fixes the layout.
