A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
This issue is reproducible if you have font smoothing enabled (e.g. via Windows control panel > System > Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows > Smooth edges of screen fonts). You can also explicitly specify antialiasing when running by specify the system property "awt.useSystemAAFontSettings": java -Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=lcd WindowsToggleButtonTextTruncation
