A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
In many cases (3 out of 4 of the cards), channel.transmit error returns 6D00 as SW response of GET PROCESSING OPTIONS in T=0 protocol. With other smartcard APDU libraries, the same command for the same card and reader gives SW = 9000 ("success") and data as response. Without these data, I cannot continue reading the data from the card. Refer to https://github.com/martinpaljak/GlobalPlatformPro/issues/15 for an analysis of the problem.
