Create a test where consumer of JFR stream runs in a separate process from the producer. This is expected to be one of common scenarios in usage.

Expected behavior:
    - consumer should be able to receive events at the same time as the producer is producing them
    - there should be no event loss or data loss
    - arriving events are valid
