clear up CHECK_OWNER confusion in objectMonitor.cpp

      [~dholmes] has been looking at the ObjectMonitor code in
      objectMonitor.cpp and noticed that the comment for the
      CHECK_OWNER macro is quite confused.

      He and I have been discussing this via email and it's time
      to log this stuff in a bug report.
