      In the environment hosting SOA/B2B version 11.1.1.7.8 on WLS 10.3.6 with PSU, submitter has upgraded from JRockit JDK 1.6_151 to Sun JDK 1.7_22 Following the upgrade they encountered the following issue. i.e. fatal handshake failure.
