Steps to Reproduce:
(1) Launch WinDirChooserTest-1.0.msi
(2) Click Next on Welcome dialog
(3) Click Next on Destination Folder dialog

Expected Behavior:
Installation proceeds successfully

Actual Behavior:
Error dialog displays stating missing DLL and installation fails

MSI log file shows error:
