[TESTBUG] containers/docker/TestMemoryAwareness fails with -Xmx

      The testOOM part of this test fails if jtreg is run with an -Xmx option as this will override the ergonomic heap sizing. (E.g. `make test JTREG="MAX_MEM=768m"`).
