Re-examine hardcoded defaults in GenerateJLIClassesPlugin

The current plugin allows hardcoding signatures of invokers, species etc to add. This was implemented and added before implementing a build-time profile generator to capture a reasonable default set of classes to generate, and should be removed in favor of using this facility.
