It happened on a Windows 10 computer. It is Java 8 221.

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
After it states that it is installed it will pop up a error window stating the link that it doesn't work.

REGRESSION : Last worked in version 8u212

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Get rid of the bug by getting rid of any virus in the app and also by seeing what the bug is and deleting it.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
The app should work.
ACTUAL -
There was an x stating the error and a link that pointed to Java
