WebKit fails to build with python3. With the impending EOL of python2 we will start to see systems that no longer distribute python 2, so we will eventually need to switch to python3 for building. See JDK-8230778. If possible, we should fix the build so that it will either build with python2 or python3, which will ease the transition.
