2) Click on Documentation tab
3) Click on "Java SE Technical Documentation" button. Shows JDK 12 documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/12/)
expect result: https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/13/
2nd issue:
1) Go to https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/13/
2) Click on "Release Notes' link
3) Click on "Java SE 13 API Specification" link. Shows "Java SE 13 DRAFT 12-ea+33" (Iris' url - http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~iris/se/13/latestSpec/api/index.html)
