The SCTP tests are run in their own separate test group, jdk_sctp. This is because they require native platform support, and ( to be stable) also depend on specific Solaris patch levels.
While keeping many of the functional tests in their own group is a good idea, it would be helpful to have a minimal, sanity level, set of tests in the larger ( more frequently run ) jdk_net group.
