Add verification for pkg and dmg tests

      As part of redoing tests and removing pkg from dmg, verification of pkg and dmg no longer works. Following issues needs to be address:

      1) Restore pkg verification
      2) Implement dmg verification
      3) Add test for JDK-8232042
      4) Modify BundleIdentifierTest, BundleNameTest and OptionsBase to use new helpers
