A number of modifications have been applied to the JPDA in order to support inline types. Modifications to JDI, JDWP, JVMTI and JNI are not final, because their respective specifications have not been updated yet. Writing unit tests for those temporary modifications would be a waste of time. However, in order to be able to track regressions and continue to identify parts of the JPDA which would be impacted by inline types, some high level jdb tests should be added to the Valhalla repo.
