This sub-task is for the web component, that is the tests in modules/javafx.web/src/test/java directory tree.

NOTE: unlike the graphics and controls areas, there is no need to evaluate the web-related system tests. The only ignored test is due to an already-filed functional bug in HTMLEditor.
