Support popular 32bpp raster formats in MTLBlitSwToTexture

      Need to implement:
      1. Metal uses BGRA format for textures. Support loading of raster with another sequence of color-channels (via MTLTextureSwizzle and direct raster conversion)
      2. Support flag BMTLSDOps.isOpaque (ignore alpha-channel)
