nsk/jdi tests have a lot of duplicated code

      There about 200 definitions of 'class JDITestRuntimeException'
      and about 200 definitions of 'private ThreadReference threadByName(String name)'

      which code looks identical.

      There are might be even more such code duplication.

      I believe it would be useful to find and duplicated definitions.
